Subir Ray Chaudhuri
Subir Ray Chaudhuri is an innovative leader in Progressive Innovator Pvt Ltd (PIPL), follows a visionary leadership style, with 24 versatile years of work experience in the hospitality and financial sectors. This professional started his career with famous hotels such as JW Marriott and Hyatt and learned the hospitality industry for eight years before switching to finance. With another eight years in his bucket at Max New York Life and AEGON Religare, he was entrusted with a commanding position demonstrating visionary leadership and sound strategic planning. While working as the Zonal Head of Corporate Training for Madan, in the Business Alliance Vertical (East & North India), Subir practised visionary professionalism which helped the intelligent to bag success in the business world. As an Aquarius, he is a person who loves ideas, curiosity and all things that can create change in this world. Having been influenced by the principle that "innovation redraws the map, not the tyre", Subir aims to guide organizations towards sustainable growth with innovations, experiences, aggregator-model and an innovative mind-set to build a sustainable business.
Moumita Majumder
Moumita Majumder, Director and Chief Operating Officer (COO), of Progressive Innovators Pvt Ltd., brings over 18 years of expertise in operations and project management, driving transformative growth and success in the company. Her strategic judgments and operational prowess have been honed and brightened in her nine years of experience in consultancy with renowned firms like Radiance and Trust Club. Debabrata Chatterjee
A technocrat and seasoned professional with over 52 years of expertise across diverse projects, Debabrata Chatterjee holds multiple B.Tech degrees in Aero, Mechanical and Industrial Engineering, alongside a PG Diploma in Safety Engineering. Certified as a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 in PIPL, he has spearheaded major initiatives as a Chief Technical Officer (CTO), including ISO certifications at Phillips India, safety audits for Indian Oil and `BPCL and emergency planning at Tata Metallics. Mr Chatterjee has been wholeheartedly following the aggregator model of Mr. Roy Choudhuri in PIPL which has helped the organisation to meet a sustainable competitive edge with innovative outcomes. Renowned for his proficiency in heavy industry processes, HIRA and safety training, he has implemented critical systems like PED at Vikas Hitech Castings, driving operational excellence and compliance.
Mallika Chatterjee
By exemplifying a democratic leadership style, Mallika Chatterjee has been at the forefront of management for many years, which showcases her expertise in aviation and excelling in quality management, certification and auditing along with production oversight, over two decades.
