Subir Ray Chaudhuri is an innovative leader in Progressive Innovator Pvt Ltd (PIPL), follows a visionary leadership style, with 25 versatile years of work experience in the hospitality and financial sectors. This professional started his career with famous hotels such as JW Marriott and Hyatt and learned the hospitality industry for eight years before switching to finance. With another eight years in his bucket at Max New York Life and AEGON Religare, he was entrusted with a commanding position demonstrating visionary leadership and sound strategic planning.
While working as the Zonal Head of Corporate Training for Aegon Religare, in the Business Alliance Vertical (East & North India), Subir practised visionary professionalism which helped the intelligent to bag success in the business world. As an Aquarius, he is a person who loves ideas, curiosity and all things that can create change in this world. Having been influenced by the principle that "Innovation redraws the map, not the tyre", Subir aims to guide organizations towards sustainable growth with innovations, experiences, aggregator-model and an innovative mind-set to build a sustainable business.
